About ChristineChristine has always loved animals and knew that she wanted to work with them. Even though she has a heart for all creatures; her true passion is for dogs. At eight years old she started to train and compete in many dog sports.
Shortly after graduating high school, she fueled her passion for dog training and attended the Tom Rose School for Professional Dog Trainers. She then spent many years as a local professional dog trainer. While she is still training dogs; she decided to also enter into a veterinary receptionist position. At the front desk, Christine enjoys being one of the first friendly faces clients and their pets see, helping them feel comfortable and cared for. She enjoys building relationships with owners and pets alike when they come through the veterinary clinic’s doors. Being part of a caring medical team that makes a difference in the lives of animals and owners is truly rewarding. |
Personal LifeChristine’s personal life is very much connected to her professional life. When Christine is not in the veterinary clinic or helping her training clients; she is training and competing with her own dogs in various dog sports. Some of her favorite dog sports to compete in are obedience, scentwork, agility, schutzhund and conformation with her German shepherds and Pembroke Welsh corgis. Not only does she train and compete with her dogs but she also has been a breeder of both for many years.
