Where It All Started
Pine Valley Veterinary Clinic opened its doors in July 1979 in a leased space at the Pine Valley Mall, founded by Dr. M. Dennis Graham, DVM. What started as a single veterinarian's vision grew into one of Fort Wayne's most trusted small animal practices.

In Memoriam
March 11, 1947 – September 11, 2014 Founder, Pine Valley Veterinary Clinic
Dr. Graham founded Pine Valley Veterinary Clinic in 1979 after serving in the United States Air Force Veterinary Corps and practicing in St. Louis and Rochester, New York. A Purdue University graduate, he brought not only clinical expertise but an intense love for his patients and his profession to everything he did. He developed a particular passion for canine and feline cardiology over the course of his career.
Dr. Graham practiced at Pine Valley until his passing in 2014. His initials — MDG — remain part of our clinic's identity as a permanent tribute to the man who started it all.
