Jenna has been part of the Pine Valley family since 2003, when she started as a high school intern — mostly stocking rooms and cleaning. Over the years she grew into a Veterinary Assistant and Receptionist role, and as the clinic's needs evolved, she moved into the front desk full-time, working closely with clients and their pets. When Pine Valley moved to its current building and upgraded its computer systems, Jenna became the clinic's go-to for anything computer-related.
