Reception Area
Our reception area features separate counters for check-in and check-out. This helps to reduce stress on both client and bey by not forcing multiple animals into a small area.
With multiple computers and a multi-line phone system available, we strive to reduce the amount of time you have to wait for us. |
Small Patient Exam Rooms
We have exam rooms specifically designed for smaller dogs and cats. These rooms feature:
|
Tech Room
While we often take pets to the back for appointments with the technicians, we have a dedicated room for technicians to see appointments. The technicians often take clients into this room for surgery dismissals and other appointments.
We sometimes use this room as a quiet space for animal who seem stressed or nervous when in the waiting area. So if we move you and your pet into this room prior to your appointment, it is not because your pet is a problem, we are trying to help them to relax in situation that they may find uncomfortable. |
Food Room
We maintain a well stocked food storage room in the rear of our building. This room is located near our back door allowing for diets to be delivered discreetly, causing minimal disruption to our appointments.
This is were we keep diets that are reserved or special ordered for clients. If you do not see that diet that you need on any of our waiting room storage racks, please ask our client relations specialists to check in back. If we do not have the item you need in stock, or you would like to order a larger bag, please let us know. All of the prescription diets as well as a large selection of wellness diets that we recommend are available for delivery to your home through out online pharmacy. |
Surgery Prep Room
We have a separate room for surgery preperations. This provides a quiet place for the animals away from other distractions to reduce the amount of stress on the animal.
This room is located right off of the surgery suite, allowing for minimal transport between rooms, as well as minimizing time under anesthesia. Also located in this area is our sterilization equipment, limiting the distance traveled between locations. |
Surgery Suite
We have a very spacious surgery suite with two surgery tables. This allows us to run multiple surgeries if necessary, or to get one pet ready while another pet is waking up, reducing the amount of time under anesthesia.
All of our surgical instruments and packs are located in enclosed cupboards and drawers within surgery, allowing for quick, easy access without compromising sterility. State-of-the-art monitoring equipment allows us to continually monitor your pet while under anesthesia to reduce the risk of complications. This equipment is continually monitored throughout the procedure by one of our surgery technicians. |
Radiology
We have digital radiology in available in clinic. This allows us to take and review x-rays almost immediately. In the event that the doctor recommends send the x-rays to a veterinary radiologist, we are able to upload them directly in order to receive results as promptly as possible.

Recovery Ward
Our kennel/recovery ward includes a cage bank designed for up to 7 patients of varying sizes in order to assure comfort for all. Also included are a number of overflow cages that can be used in an emergency, as well as an exercise pen sometimes used for our extra large breeds that do not comfortably fit into the kennels.
Each patient has their own cubbies where their personal items, such as collars and leashes, are stored until they leave. This allows for the safe storage of these items as well as reduces risk of injury to a patient after anesthesia. |
